Dr Flagg is an incredible practitioner. She looks at the comprehensive situation, listens, and takes her time. If you need a rheumatologist, she is the one. The practice is run very professional and welcoming. My interaction with the staff has been fantastic. They make feel at home.

I’m a new patient and when I say Dr. Rahbar was soooooooo thorough and I truly felt listened to and she asked me so many questions and never made me feel like I was just another patient! Her nurse was also just as Amazing! Dr Rahbar actually examined me and I just felt like she understood my concerns and she ordered every lab under the sun to try and figure out what was going on. The phlebotomist was SO wonderful! She kept apologizing to me for the wait but she was attending to the patient in front of me who needed a snack and was light headed. I kept telling her not to apologize I was in no rush. When I was my turn she saw how many labs I was going to get and she wanted to make sure if I needed a snack or drink that I could have one. 9 or 10 vials later we bonded she was so sweet, we bonded over things and when she stuck me I was in shock because I didn’t even feel it! She’s a true angel and I made sure to tell her! The entire office from check in to check out were so kind. I truly felt cared about and I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Every staff member was friendly and professional, and Dr. Rahbar was very attentive and thorough in both her exam and in providing me with information about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I would highly recommend this practice!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. E. Flagg. Dr. Flagg & staff is the Rheumatologist I recommend to anyone that is looking for a specialist knowledgeable in her field. It was frightening getting diagnosed with RA, & not knowing what it was, or the rapid degeneration of my body. Dr. Flagg explained everything to me, & reassured me that she & her team will be with me 100%. I am truly grateful for the office of Arthritis & Rheumatic Disease.

As a new patient I was so impressed with how everyone I encountered was so very nice from the front desk staff, the doctor’s nurse Amy, Dr Rahbar, and the lab technician They were all so professional and so sweet and funny. This is the most amazing and friendly office I have ever been to! I’m so impressed everytime I go which is about every 12 weeks. From the moment you walk in the receptionist are super friendly and professional always. I have a special shout out for Carolyn and Jessica as they are SUPER:). It’s such a wonderful experience and other offices should take training from the entire staff!!! I thank you and keep up the great work as THEY are the BEST anywhere:)

Everyone in this office provided me with outstanding care. The check in was done with such efficiency and professionalism. The nurse was friendly, efficient and put me at ease. Dr Rahbar was thorough, professional, attentive and listened with concern. The phlebotomist performed an outstanding stick! I am so blessed to have been seen by this office!! I highly recommend Dr. Rahbar and her staff. Dr. Rahbar is very competent, caring, professional, and always listens very carefully during visits. She expains everything and then collaborates with me for the treatment plan. She has defintely helped my symptoms and I am very happy to have found this office.
